A group of #state_attorneys_general have written a letter to Congress asking they amend Section 230 of the #Communications_Decency_Act of 1998. Section 230 specifically protects websites from being liable for what users might post on their sites in public interaction areas. These attorneys general want websites to be liable for their users' posts.

Instead he encourages more of a flat system where everyone approaches the person they feel can best address the situation regardless of rank. The author points out that his all sounds great but "There's only one problem with Musk's proposed solution: It's extremely difficult to cultivate in the real world."
