This Email From Elon Musk to Tesla Employees Describes What Great Communication Looks Like

This article from #IncMagazine highlights an #Email sent by #ElonMusk to Tesla employees about the need to transcend traditional #communication modalities in the company which include a top down hierarchical chain of command email based system which tends to create #silos of information. Instead he encourages more of a flat system where everyone approaches the person they feel can best address the situation regardless of rank. The author points out that his all sounds great but "There's only one problem with Musk's proposed solution: It's extremely difficult to cultivate in the real world." That's where #2ndMonkey comes in.
