| A lack of funding shut the doors of the #San_Diego Film Commission last month, and because of it, there is no one-stop central clearinghouse for film production companies who want to work in San Diego. This agency has been around 1987. I have no idea of their history of successes but I think with Hollywood being so close, surely we should continue to have a public effort to bring some of that business down here...unless this can better be done privately which is my preference.
