| #ATF Director Nominee and Acting Director B Todd Jones won't answer question in Senate Judiciary Committee regarding the fact that he states it is a high priority to prosecute felons who attempt to illegally purchase firearms. He states that it is but then is presented with the FACTS that they are not prosecuting these people when over 48,000 felons attempting to purchase only 44 were indicted.
