"criminalization of politics" that is just rich. It's like saying the criminalization of murder .. they're synonymous .

"The former lawmaker, whose hard-driving #political style inspired his nickname, "the Hammer," called the indictment "an outrageous criminalization of politics."" Wow are there some very quotable bit throughout! So this guy didn't spend any time inside at all?

An Austin appeals court on Thursday overturned the conviction of former U.S. House Majority Leader Tom #DeLay on charges related to a scheme to influence Texas elections. The vote by the 3rd Court of Appeals in Austin was 2-1. DeLay's three-year prison sentence has been on hold as his case has made its way through the appellate process. Wow, he never even had to set foot in prison and #Bradley_Manning was in solitary for how long ? 3 years ? ...essentially the length of time the corrupt Delay was out of prison even though he was CONVICTED of breaking the law to rig and pervert the most basic pillar of our American Life, that of the life and liberty protecting electoral system.

A&M study finds #magic #formula of #physics #moves every kind of #animal on earth

They found that the animals all flex their wing, tail or fin within a "magic range" of 30 to 60 degrees, and they all bend just 30% of whatever their relevant #propulsor is.
