A standown order came from the #Whitehouse during the attack because of the fear that the true nature of the operation would come under scrutiny and there is plenty to be fearful of. The weapons hand off to #Al_Qaeda exposes the fraud of the true nature of the #War_on_Terror and also amounts to the treasonous act of aiding the enemy.
